I had only been to chick-​fil-​a one other time in my life and I didn’t like what I got. That was in another city a long time ago. I ended up going to this location a few weeks ago and was impressed by the quality of service and the taste of the food.
After my experience at this location I have gone to two other chick-fil-a’s and have enjoyed my food and the service.
I highly recommend this location.

Chick Fil A in Hot Springs is my absolute favorite place to eat in Hot Springs! I try to eat there at least twice or three times a week. Customer service is the best in town. I think of all their employees as my extended family. They even know my order when I walk in without even having to tell them! Food is excellent, and it feels great supporting a restaurant that really gives back to the community. I love their Spicy Chicken Sandwiches on wheat and get a couple of them each time. Their QBOT rewards program is great too since I rack up a bunch of points. You cannot go wrong with Chick Fil A in Hot Springs! You won’t find a better place to eat!

Customer service is excellent here! I sat down to some breakfast and one of the employees got water for me and brought me some texas pete sauce. You’re greeted and politely served. The bathroom is very clean and my food and coffee was nice and hot. I’m really impressed!

Yeah it’s fast food but Great food and service! The grilled chicken nuggets are moist and flavorful, don’t need any dipping sauce.

Chick-​fil-​a is delicious no matter where you go. I’ve gotta say, though. There’s no place in town with better service or nicer employees. I don’t know what perks they give their employees but they never act annoyed or inconvenienced like so many teenage employees tend to be. This is a wonderful store to visit. I know any time I go there I will get hot, fresh food and will be served pleasantly by their awesome employees.
They even put fresh flowers on the table!
