This business does not stand behind their products nor do they stand behind their own word. We purchased an expensive item through them and when it was defective, we were told we could return it and they would give us back our money We did return the item and now they are refusing to refund any money whatsoever. So, now they have both our money AND the item.

We bought a tree last September and were told that it would live in our climate even though it was not native to Arkansas. The tree died before the harsh weather this winter, when I called regarding their return policy, I was told that it was not native and could not be expected to survive our area. I thought that by going to a nursery, I would be getting expert advise… obviously not! I will not return to this establishment.
