A Head of Time

Jean/​Gene was fabulous!!! We were in Hot Springs for a wedding and were set up with him (site un-​seen) to do our (bridesmaids) hair. I showed him a picture of what I was thinking of and vaguely gave him an idea of what I wanted. He asked to see another picture so he could get an idea of what I liked.
Thirty minutes later and a couple passes with the hair spray, my hair was freaking awesome. There was no pretreament (hot curlers) and my hair was fastened to my head (and felt like it) but looked light and airy and flawless. I’ve had my run ins with small town up-​doers and I was a bit apprehensive, but this guy was all business. He did two other up-​dos and they turned out flawless as well, one messier and one more polished. They all held through the damp heat from noon to midnight.
And it was only $ 35!!! I usually pay about $ 85-​$ 100 for something comperable in Houston. Check my man out in hot springs if you are out there, he has his own little area in the back (check the pictures) that is really cute and chic. Biiiig props!
