Negative 5 stars***** boycott Lowe’s, they are horrible and do not stand behind their large appliances. They try everything, including deleting you off their computer to resist picking up a return. They seriously could not find my purchase even when I was holding the receipt. Three trips to the store to insist they make it good. They tell you that you picked a bad made product? Huh? You sell it… and don’t believe in it? If you call the store they ‘cos-​play’ their way through the call, you can totally tell they are faking, like in the movie Don’t Tell Mom The Babysitter’s Dead. «I’m right on top of that, Rose!» Their installers are just as incompetent. No knowledge, if its a toilet, it’ll leak, if it’s a dryer it won’t heat! Save yourself a lot of grief and try anyone else next time
It’s time to stand up people! Take a stand take back your purchasing power and boycott these clowns! Never shop Lowe’s again! I see them going bankrupt soon, if we take back our home improvement choices!

Well, they have everything you need for the home. so, no complaints!

They are pretty good at finding hard to find items and they will try to order for you if they can like some 10−32×3÷8 machine screws I was looking for. The staff were very helpful and try hard to find stuff for you.

I was in town to attend a funeral and needed to stop by Lowes to pickup some items. I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I had troubled finding an item. One of the associates, instead of telling me where it was located in the store, actually «walked» me over to where the item was. I was very impressed. Before leaving me, the associated asked me if I needed anything else before they left me. Awesome customer service!

You gotta love Lowes. Always there for your home improvement projects, gardening supplies, and just general maintenance supplies. Clean, friendly, inexpensive.

I’m here all the time. Love the outdoor stuff and their plants.
I have used them to do remodeling and the project turned out really nice. I had the security of being able to rely on Lowes to keep the contractor on task. I used them for two improvements and I’d do it again.
