Never have I ever seen such a sorry looking mall.
Where do I begin? Very few name brand stores at all. Mostly mom and pop shops with a ton of empty storefronts. How about the anchors, JCPenney, Dillard’s and Sears? Wow. Empty shelves, disorganized sections, associates sitting in chairs on their cell phones. Has everyone given up on this «mall»?
The carpet is old and stained. Even the furniture looks like it’s out of the 70s. Lighting is very dim and when you put it all together, it’s like you’re walking into a Twilight Zone episode of a mall from another time.
Having worked in several malls and shopped in far more around the country over the years, I can say that I’ve never seen a mall this sad before.

Love it! Found all my Christmas in one convenient location. May not be NEW or GIGANTIC, but it’s here for the people of Hot Springs.

Crappy mall! One level only to many mom& pop shops that aren’t even worth going into all the stores are very small poor variety needs a big upgrade two levels no more mom& pop shops poor excuse for a mall don’t whent to even give this mall one star but it’s the only way I can post this!

I remember this mall when it was new… dating myself there! The landscaping looks nice but the parking lot behind the mall needs a complete redo. I guess it’ s a sign of the times when there are so many vacant shops. A refreshing could help draw more businesses.

It’s a small little mall, which is great for some one used to big extravagant shopping malls with more people than parking spaces. It seems this mall has a great variety of stores without a multitude of overwhelming options. I’m a fan.

love this mall! Not too big, and it has almost all of the stores i would like for it to have. AERO, American Eagle, Etc.

Low light, CARPETED mall !! Good pizza, fantastic corn dogs, lovely candy store. Needs a drugstore. Smaller than how it appears on the outside it isn’t like the Mall of America with rides, etc but it’s a nice, quiet mall.
