It pains me to give this DD two stars, because the staff is great. They are quick and friendly. But… but… the coffee tastes so off. I tell ‘em straight in Dunkin. One cream and one sugar. How much variation can there be? If you’re a Dunkin fan, you know what I’m talking about. My coffee tastes OK probably only less than 25% of the time. I don’t understand it, but that’s just how it is. I never had a decent tasting coffee from this particular store and I’ve come here 10+ times. I’m beginning to think that a 20 minute ride to Starbucks is more worthy than a trip to Dunkin…

This Dunkin donuts is fantastic, I will drive 20 minutes out of my way just to go to this location. All the staff is so great and they always get my order right. However this morning there was this woman there who I have never seen. I don’t know if she was the district manager or someone from corporate but she was so rude. Not so much to the customers but to the employees. She was screaming at them and was so degrading about ringing in a bagel wrong. I would hate to see what she is like if someone made a big mistake. Being a manager one thing you never do is disrespect your employees especially in front of customers. It is so unprofessional. Weather you are the boss or not you treat everyone with the same respect. The store manager there is so great along with every single staff member. I visit this store usually more then once a day and they are great. This woman really needs a lesson on how to talk to people especially the people that make that store run so great.

First, and foremost, as most regular Dunks people may know: Things can change quickly at a specific location, with regular turnover, transfers, ownership changes, etc. I’ve seen some Dunks be great all Summer(with a Summer crew), and then start sucking as soon as September hits. That being said: This Dunks has always been consistently the best in the area. They have a full selection of goods, a full staff, and are very attentive. I haven’t had any major issues in the 3 years I’ve been going there, even with turnover. This location is off of a main road, but since the front door faces inward(towards the parking lot) I feel a lot of people can miss this(unless they live/work in the area, such as EMC). I have friends who live and work locally who never knew of this location. The upside to that is I have never had to wait more than 3 – 5 minutes from when I walk in to when I leave(even when there is a morning line).
