This place friggin’ blows. I wouldn’t serve my dogs this garbage. Not to mention the lack of customer service skills. Many other places in the area make this place look like a dump. The owner should take some notes from surrounding businesses and at least pretend he knows how to run a food joint. Losers.

We love this place, so happy we found it. Pizza is really delicious and not too greasy, wings were really crispy and the side salads are big. We go almost every week. Also, sit at the bar everyone is super friendly and the bar tenders are awesome!

Super friendly local staff. New, clean, nice inside for a pizzeria. However, the food is barely tolerable. The pizza is «typical Greek» with what seems like a pre-made frozen dough, a can of sauce and cans of stuff to go on top. The sandwiches are equally not only un-inspired, but again taste like they came from cans of food. For example the meatballs seem to be mostly soy and bread, the hot pastrami uses the worst pastrami I’ve ever had, and the melted cheese is flavorless as well. Oh, I didn’t mention that I’ve had the pastrami a few times and each time it’s so way overlooked too. I realize this is t a NY deli with great steamed pastrami, but I can’t eat the stuff, and I’ve tried three times! This place could really uses a «Restaurant Makeover» or «Resturant Impossible» food update. You know the tv shows that tell the owners what they really don’t want to know? Look. I applaud Bills Pizza for the renovation and new building as it physically fits this nice town, but they really need to make food from scratch(or most of it). It has potential but it tastes like it’s all pre packaged and canned food. Put some effort, any effort into your food quality. PLEASE. This town needs a decent place to eat!

We are local in town. We love Bill’s pizza. Stopped in and saw the new bar. It’s lovely! Love the shape and space. However, I’m not sure if the set up is conducive to waiting on patrons. Our bar tender didn’t seem too enthused to see new patrons. However, he did take our order and served us, so that was good. My husband wanted to play keno and kept trying to get the bartender’s attention by calling out to him several times. He was very busy though pre-mixing the house sangria. After 3 games, we got our game in. Phew! Our appetizer arrived, but unfortunately it happened just when all the bar stools needed to be pushed in. Darn! Bad timing. So, we snagged napkins from a near by table. Eventually we were able to pay and leave. I’m just glad there wasn’t any silverware to roll.

Great local pizza and sub place. New bar area with bar menu. Food is what you might expect. Lots of local flavor.

Only been here a few times but every time it’s been good. It appears that they have renovated since the last time I came here. The website is very updated and fancy for a pizza place, the restaurant itself no longer has a outdoor seating area but instead it has a large bar. The food comes in a brown box. I got the chicken fingers with fries. They were just your average house chicken fingers but they tasted good to me. It came with a ton of fries, the box was literally filled with fries and the chicken was laying on top. The fries were the bland kind, no seasoning, but you can’t stop eating them kind of fry. Bills is a great go to place in a convenient location. I will be back!

I’m a pretty eclectic pizza lover. Dominos papa Gino’s and sals pizza just don’t make the cut but I’m glad that I found bills. Bills pizza is the perfect amount of cheese and sauce and the grease that you expect to find in a pizza. It’s not too hard or soggy and I find it to be the perfect post crappy work day pizza. I’ve also tried their buffalo chicken which is also pretty good but admittedly spicy! Their salads are great and their subs are on par. The prices are reasonable for the area and it’s décor is more upscale than most. They also offer a variety of alcoholic beverages, and it has its own lot making parking so much easier than on the street. Overall great place to satisfy your pizza and beer cravings!

Oooh, new place for me. Very spacious on the inside with gigantic booths! Looks like you can get beer and wine here too(seems like a big deal because they have a lot of beer signs and a separate bar area for it). I came at lunchtime and it was easy to order but I imagine during the weekends it must get very busy. Pizza is good but a small is very small(my teenager devoured it himself). Veggie sub was good and a generous size. I’d love to try the online ordering option someday. It is not very close to my house but it was good enough here that I would make the effort to come back.

Bills’ is the best place in town for good cheap eats, I wish they delivered though. Food and service is always good if not great. Kids love the pizza, sandwiches and wraps are good, better gyro that you usually get in a small pizza place like this(not sure about the fries in it though). Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick good bite!

Very friendly staff and I give them all 5 stars. But the food is very meh. Not like it was poorly made or anything. Just meh on the feel of the menu I guess. Maybe it’s just me.

Been going here for years. The food is decent, but some items are insanely hit or miss. Guess it depends on what group of teenagers working at the time.

Stopped by for lunch & had a great meal. Pizza for wife & kids and I got a steak/cheese sub with provolone onions mushrooms. One of the most flavorful subs I’d ever had. High praise on the pizza too. Cool set up inside with a small bar area with a few TVs.

Went there for a wine dinner, so the review of the food is not really apt as all the food served was especially made for the tasting at the store. And the food was fabulous. Seems like a place where locals hang out in a comfortable relaxed pizza restaurant. Will be back for trying out some pizzas and other fare on offer.

A good average local pizza shop. Let me start by saying they would have received 3 stars(maybe 4) if it weren’t for our last experience. So we ordered 2 subs and I noticed 2 small dead flies in my sub — just because of that my wife checked hers and was appalled to see at least 5 dead flies and 2 alive ones that were walking around on her sandwich. I took both up to the counter and the polite girl took them back and had them remade for us. She then went on to say they’ve been having a MAJOR fruit fly problem for the last week and she’s sorry. Yes, honesty is USUALLY the best policy, but some things should be kept hush hush. That info certainly didn’t make us feel any better.

Cold beer, hot pizza, nice staff, comfortable seating. Lots of TVs but none too loud. All in all a great place to grab a pie and beer. Good for families, dining alone or with friends. Join their rewards program too. Works really easily based on phone number, so no ridiculous card to carry.

Stopped in earlier today for a buffalo chicken sub, and wasn’t very impressed. The young girl at the counter was very nice, but that’s about where it ends. I had specifically asked for light buffalo sauce, and I even saw the girl put it into the system. When I got the sub, it was swimming in buffalo sauce, exactly how I didn’t want it. Also, The sub roll had completely split in half, therefore everything pretty much fell out. Overall I don’t think I’ll be back

Bill’s is right on the edge of making my s**t list. The food is decent, but the service is less than appealing. I called in an order for a grilled chicken salad and the girl at the counter was so confused — she ended up putting in an order for a grilled chicken sub. When I walked in to pick it up, she handed me the sub, and then got angry when I said I’d asked for a salad. I had to explain to the girl what goes into a grilled chicken salad, and come back 20 minutes later. When I returned, the girl pointed me out to the manager who handed me my salad — apparently she didn’t want to deal with me. If I were the manager, I probably would have offered something in return for the confusion. I called another time for delivery(the menu I have at home says«We deliver!» in big bold letters) and was quickly told«We don’t do that.» OK… On the other hand, they have been good about getting other orders filled on time. There’s really not much else around, so I keep going back. Every time I go in I cringe though — the staff seems very confused about basic orders.

Not too many choices for a bite to eat in town so I’ve eaten here several times, but I would probably avoid it if I had other choices. My biggest issue is the price of their pizzas that don’t even take up the size of their pizza boxes, they make them really small! The pizza itself is pretty good, but again, doesn’t live up to the price. This place can get pretty packed and when it is be prepared to wait. I’ve waited 20 minutes or longer for a cold sub before. I don’t care how packed you are, figure it out. It would be nice if they figured out a better way to handle the masses.

Picture this: pizza, subs, paninis, steak tips, hamburgers, chicken cutlet, pasta, salad… sound familiar? Sounds pretty standard as far as your neighborhood pizza place goes — hang on a sec, that ain’t always a bad thing though! Bill’s has a bunch of different options to choose from amongst the familiar townie pizza place offerings, including the Ambrosia pizza(pastrami, spinach, mozzarella, balsamic drizzle), and the Seafood Pizza(Shrimp & Crab meat, sans tomato sauce). Personally, I’m a fan of the paninis, and the chicken fajita in particular. They serve ‘em up hot and quick, and you’re able to grab a seat, chow down, and still make it back to work before the boss notices your gone. It’s not fine dining, but the pricepoint certainly makes it worth it. And hey, if you’re nervous about going 30 seconds over your lunch break(loosen up a bit, will ya?), they do car-side pickup so you can zip back down to South Street or wherever else you put in your 9 – 5 around the Hopkinton area.

This was actually one of my favorite pizza places when I lived and worked in Hopkinton. It’s even better now that they re-did the interior. The pizza is really good — I’ve never had a bad pizza or a bad sandwich/sub there. The servers aren’t overly friendly but it’s a pizza place so who cares? It can get REALLY really loud and crowded here on a Friday night though at dinner time, with lines out the door. Also. They recently added an outdoor seating section which is nice, especially when it IS really loud and crowded. It’s not pizza I’d drive 30 minutes for but if you live or work in the area, it’s definitely worth having.
