Walmart Supercenter

Walmart in general is a dive– every one I have gone to is pretty much the same– the bathrooms are dirty, the employees– for the most part are miserable and wouldn’t know good customer service if it slapped them in the face, the prices are oftentimes cheaper than other retail stores (Target), and there are always ppl out front asking for money.
I shop at Walmart here in Hopkinsville b/​c there aren’t many other options and I am not driving to TN (where the sales tax is MUCH higher to buy something at Target).
I wish Walmart and it’s employees would take some pride in the place and clean it up and act like they aren’t working in a hellhole.
When I go, I try to make it there in the early morning before the crazies get up. I love good ppl watching but sometimes I would rather just get in and out w/​o thinking where the hell am I?!!

The people are friendly, but when I have to wait 20 minutes for 1 PERSON to come to the site to site desk, that’s uncalled for! I called the store from inside the store to get someone to come back there. They said «Okay ma’am, we’ll page someone right away.» ANOTHER 15 minutes pass & NO ONE CAN BY! Maybe someone should be assigned to that station. Another thing, my friend waited over 20 minutes for someone to cut 3 yards of fabric for her. We ended up leaving because they kept saying they’ll page someone & no one ever showed up. At the same time as that the sporting area people were waiting for someone to come there as well & they were getting fed up. Another thing I went there for paint & waited 20 minutes, ended up leaving & went down the road to Lowes. Pretty sure they take breaks at the same freaking time! SO ANNOYING!
