I am usually very leery of car repair places, having had very few good experiences with them in the past. Luckily my car has had no need for repair, but as it neared 100,000 miles it was time for a check up. A co-​worker referred me here, so I was more willing to try it out. The initial quote for the work was by far less than going to the dealer. The owner made some suggestions for some additional work of course, but most of it was minor and will hopefully keep the car running for a few more years. If you are planning to have the work done in one day, be aware that it is a small operation so it may take a bit longer. My car was not ready until about 8PM at night, but he was willing to stay and finish the job so I would not have to pick it up the next day. I would also call and make an appointment before dropping off your car.
