Studio Tan

After numerous attempts to contact studio tan I made an appointment for a spray tan with Jill. My appointment is at 430, I arrive at 420 and WAIT until 445 because the place is locked and no one is inside. I call, no one answers as usual. I leave. And spend the next hour looking for somewhere else to go. The next morning I get a text from Jill «I’m not good with phones, can you come today at 4? «. A text, not a phone call. She couldn’t make the appointment because of construction going on around the salon. Jill, I don’t think you have many customers left, maybe you should focus on your business and customer service more during the construction so people will keep coming during and after. I am now rocking a perfect spray tan from Tropics down the road who also has major construction going on around them but manages to keep appointments. Good luck, I’ll never be back. All it would have taken from you is 1 simple phone call!

Great tanning salon, friendly staff that is very knowledgeable. It has a comforting atmosphere and it is easy to get appointments and they are flexible! Love it!
