I’ve been in the program over 8 years now and have loved every moment of it. All the instructors are very nice and make sure to give you individual help. You can also invest as much or as little time as you want whether you want to go everyday or once a week. A overall wonderful program that has benefited my life greatly can’t imagine life without it.

Mr Firouzi, Ms Ohnesorge and the rest of the staff at National Karate do a fantastic job of teaching kids the all-​round skills that come with Karate. It’s done in a fun, constructive and positive atmosphere. Each kid can make tangible, measurable progress on a regular basis. There is a great blend of discipline and fun, which really helps, especially if your child needs a little help with focus. Hamed and the other instructors will keep them on task but with casual redirection, so that they stay with the group. It’s been a great experience for me and my son, and I would recommend this school to anyone, with kids of any age or ability.
