The service provided was exceptional. We came in from out of town and needed ER service. John was terrific.

Had a very positive experience here. The guys running the shop were very friendly in helping my girlfriend and I get our used bikes(from Craigslist) tuned up and ready to use, which they did for a decent price without doing a bunch of unnecessary upgrades. They also had a good selection of accessories at reasonable prices as well. Definitely recommended.

This is a great bike shop. I had checked one of the large shops first, and Jonny’s had better prices and much, much better customer service.

Really gave my son the run around… Terrible service… wouldn’t reccommend … To bad as it would be nice to support a local hopkins business.

Jonny is fun, quirky yet experienced in business. Support small business owners. He will order you things and put a bike together for you.

The proprietor allowed me to fill my tires and pointed out how I wasn’t doing it correctly which was nice — however he blew his chance at building rapport by inquiring about how much I paid for my bike, where I got it, and indirectly stated that I could’ve gotten the same quality item at a lower price from him. Later, via email, he declined to work with me on price for a pump which retails online for $ 45(he sells them for $ 60 in his shop), and gave a sob story about how amazon kills price margins for small business(which incidentally may be true, but not the point). Why they won’t get my business: Insulting and intrusive questions; obvious preoccupation with YOUR needs over the customer’s.
