I’ve had gel nails done at several places in the area and the only ones that last are from BT. I had them done in the beginning of June and they are still on. They give excellent customer service and always find these awesome color combos for me! I got a lot of compliments on this last one, a purple with a sparkle top coat. The gentleman gives the best pedicures, I really like these people and this place.

Don’t do it! I asked for a gel manicure. She cut me with a soft file trying to remove my last gel mani. Then she continued to awkwardly stare at me throughout the whole process and question what my ethnicity was. In the end, she skimped and applied a regular top coat instead of a gel topcoat. Not worth it.

This is the only place I’ll get my nails done. I recently moved out of state and still schedule a manicure every time I’m back in town. Henry and Kim are the best and I’ve never left BT feeling disappointed. My entire family comes here and we love the inexpensive prices. Henry is the best at gel nails!

Avoid this place, there are better options. I went for a pedicure with a friend recently and was very turned off. The price was the same as other(better) places($ 25 with $ 3 off for Monday). The pedicure actually hurt and was nowhere near relaxing. They also tried to upsell us, including«deluxe» pedicure options and the eyebrow job. I was actually insulted by the second one. But the worst offense was that when my toenails were done I was told to put on my socks and leave. I asked if my polish would be wrecked(this is not my first pedi, but I was giving her a chance) and she said the top coat would protect it. Of course, by the time I got home, it was ruined. I wouldn’t even go back to ask them to fix it. Thinking back, I don’t believe they have a drying station so they were trying to get me out of the chair for a new customer. I will never make that mistake again.

I love this place. I’ve only had manicures and pedicures here, but have been here quite a few times and always have had a great experience. Their basic pedi is $ 25, the deluxe $ 35, and although comparable or slightly above prices of other places, at BT they have always taken the time to make sure my pedi is good, and unlike other places i’ve been, they don’t rub your feet raw with the callus scrub. The foot/calf massage is great, and overall very relaxing! They also always have a good selection of magazines to flip through. I’m a big fan, and always a little disappointed when it’s over and I have to leave.

I had nearly the same experience as Ericka A. My feet hurt to walk on after my pedicure and I left with only ¼ of each eyebrow left. Will not return.

Anjelah Johnson’s stand-up bit called«Nail Salon» can be found on YouTube, and it perfectly describes my experience at this salon. If they have it, they will try and sell it to you. That’s dangerous for someone like myself who is part curious and wants to get it so I can know for sure if I’m really missing out on something. My mani/pedi turned into a $ 55 experience with not a whole lot to show for it. My friend and I came in to get a basic mani/pedi and from the very start they tried to up-sale us on everything. They wanted us to read about their super and ultra pedicures. But before we could even decide on that, the technicians told my friend she needed her eyebrows fixed and they could do that. Then they told me that I should get a clean up. I said I’d think about it. We got the nails going and they wanted us to get our hands paraffin waxed, only $ 5 more. Next, they tried to get my friend to have a special treatment done to her feet for her cracked skin. It was $ 10 more, I think. She declined and they wanted to know why. They said it would take the discoloring off of her feet and keep them soft. She explained that she’s tried other treatments and nothing works. She wasn’t interested. They tried to get her to try it at least three more times. Almost all was said and done and then they wanted to know if we wanted flowers put on our nails. I didn’t and was questioned. Then the eyebrows were brought up again and I said I didn’t really need it right now. She pushed and I caved. $ 10 more and straggler hairs were left on my brows. Removed hair was left on my face. Basic single-color mani/pedi, paraffin hand wax and eyebrow waxing came out to $ 50, $ 55 with tip. My friend got the same, but French tips and flowers. Hers cost $ 65 before tip. And it might have been worth it if the work were spectacular, but our brows needed extra fixing and both our nails began to bubble and chip within the hour.
