We have used Royal Carting at our residence in Wappingers Falls for over 31 years. We have never had a problem with this company. My husband has actually gotten to know the pick-up guys over the years. Always honest and willing to keep their customers happy. They deliver superior service and I would never change companies… even if it meant saving money. Royal is Reliable, Dependable and they have been a fixture in this community since before I was born! They always deliver on the services they promise!

Unfortunately the only garbage pick-up company in my area so I’m forced to use them since the city doesn’t pick the garbage up themselves. Anyway, on two separate occasions I’ve tried contacting the company regarding bulk item pickup. Needless to say, getting someone to return your call here is nearly impossible. Totally unprofessional. I hope a new option for waste disposal services comes along eventually.
