I hired Rodrigo Fagundes to do solve a toad problem in my back yare in July 2014. I made the final payment on August 8,2014. The job was not complete but I felt that Rodrigo was a man of his word and would complete my job. Rodrigo made many appts with me and never showed up and didn’t even call. He missed out on all the warm sunny days and chose the day it would rain in October 2014. A great deal of the material washed away. Rodrigo said he would be back the next day. Of course he never showed up. He still has not finished the job and has not come each time he said he would come.
Today is November 10,2014.
Never pay Rodrigo in full no matter how small an area is left to do.

Waterfalls Construction just did 3 different jobs for us. A business location needed lawns mowed and landscaped, large mulched yards needed to be separated and removed and a large driveway needed to be patched. Each job was very distinct and excellently done. Rodrigo is pleasant to work with and extremely accommodating. He puts his reputation on the line and comes through with flying colors. His pricing was very reasonable and he did the jobs when he said he would and within the timeframe he quoted. That never happens! I got Rodrigo’s name from a friend and was so pleased when the results really happened. I am planning to work with Rodrigo on a continuing basis. When I needed his help he supplied the talent and managed the entire process. I didn’t need to get involved. What a relief to actually work with someone that is reputable.
