I really enjoyed the staff here — they made a world of difference from the lady who checked me in to the people that ran the athletic club, to the men who delivered our pack n’ plays to the room. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The room was large — and I was told our room was one of the smaller ones! Very impressed. It was two bedrooms. The master had a large master bathroom with a big tub and a separate shower area. His and hers sinks, and plenty of space for hanging towels. The bed wasn’t that comfortable, but since we live near the resort we were able to bring our own pillows and that helped a lot. Also, our blinds broke and blinded us during the night with the light that shined in through the window so we ended up hanging a blanket over the window at night. The second bedroom had two twin beds which we pushed together to use for our friends. It had a separate bathroom, although the master bathroom smelled like septic randomly… that was probably one of the most unpleasant things. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to use — including salt and pepper. I felt the store hours were horrible! They were only open until 4:30pm, and usually when making dinner we would be missing something we’d want to buy and would have to either figure something else out or go get it from Sandpoint(20 – 25 min drive each way). I also felt like all the papers they give you to read were screaming«NO this NO that, DON’T do this, this ISNOT allowed either». It came off a little brash, like they’ve had some trouble in the past or something. Kind of unfriendly feeling which is opposite of how it really is around there. The pool and hot tub was my favorite — open late til 9pm and 10pm sometimes. Great for the kids. I keep coming back to use it!
