Horrible service! My boyfriend bought an e-cigarette and it lasted about a month and a half before it went bad. He went to talk to these people and they told him they knew that those came defected, but nothing they can do. Another place not too far from here is willing to work with customers. What’s wrong with people now a days? Take care of your customers and you’ll keep them.

this is about the shop in fayetteville seeing as they don’t have it on Unilocal yet. leaving«DILDO» as name on some ones receipt due to he had a defective item and returned it despicable. when confronted nothing happened. when the corporate was contacted they sluffed it off. and they are on the second notice from BBB and they are sluffing that off. so in other words none of mad vapes will be getting my business along with about 4000 other folks in vape mafia. this is very rude and unprofessional. and something should be done. if i owned that franchise shop some one would be fired.

Well this place has a great selection of vape tools as well as a huge selection of juice having said that, the customer service for me has been pretty bad recently, I’ve gone through 5 ego batteries in the past year and none of which was my doing I don’t know if it’s the products they get or if it’s just my bad luck and they have only replaced one. The first day I went in to the store one of the owners said«we don’t mind replacing our shit if it’s messed up» those are the exact words and they must only be valid when he is in store, because the last time I went up there someone told me to try and fix the problem before I try to get a free new one and I was like wow ok then I see how this is gonna go, well my button on my brand new ego slipped of the internal button while I was vaping so I took the shady advice and fixed the button well it stopped firing so I took it back up to the store(the ego is only a week old with little use) and the guy takes a look at it and basically tells me to go fuck myself and I have to buy a brand new one($ 36) and then I hear the magic words«or you can go fix it yourself» no help or nothing! So I can now see that this place is solely for the money and no more customer service! The good thing about this is that I have a ton of buddies that vape and I brought them all to this store because they used to have great customer service, well that’s done and I will now be letting everyone I know that vapes know that this is the worst place in Fayetteville to go unless you want to get hustled out of $ 75! I’m done I’ve given this place a generous amount of money and have nothing to show for it except a nice collection of metal tubes! Thanks mad vapes for ruining my day!
