Not only is the service poor but the customer service is as well. In one incident my alarm went off, my phone as well as the other numbers on file were called but never answered, and nobody was ever sent to my house. The was no follow-​up either.
The customer service is rather poor as well. When I was getting ready to move I called to cancel my service and was told that I could not cancel mid-​month despite the fact that it wouldn’t even be hooked up to a phone line. So I had to pay the remainder of the month. I was also told that I couldn’t cancel over the phone– I had to send a letter or a fax to cancel it. The service rep I spoke with was less than cooperative or polite. He actually got an attitude with me when I asked why I had to send a letter/​fax to cancel my service. I will NOT be recommending this service to anyone!
