I called RPT on a Thursday morning and was told to leave a detailed message and they would get back to me ASAP. I left a message, however, I never got a call back. I called again the next day and again left a message asking them to please let me know wether or not they would be able to service my AC and once again no return call. It’s now Tuesday and still no call back but my AC is fixed thanks to a professional businessman. I wanted to try them because they’re local, and I like to support local businesses, very disappointed.
