Rooms To Go has the absolute worst customer service and furniture. The mattress that we ordered is great, and I am so thankful that we don’t have problems with it. However, the couches that we ordered are horrible. When our love seat was delivered, I noticed that it was broken after the delivery man drove off. We called customer service immediately, but they were closed. This is because our delivery guy was incredibly late and delivered our couch after 11pm at night. They eventually exchanged the couch for us, but not without the same delivery guy showing up and blaming me while repeating«it wasn’t my fault.» He was extremely rude. The couch broke again unbeknownst to us. We don’t even sit on the loveseat, so I was very embarrassed when a guest pointed out that this one has broken as well. Rooms To Go sent an inspector out. The inspector said that our furniture was poorly made, and that after he files his report, they should let us come pick out all new furniture. It excited us to hear about this incredible customer service! Did we get this incredible customer service, you ask? Hell no. They told us that we had to pick another day to wait around four hours to have another couch delivered. We love having to wait four hours one day every month in order to get furniture that will inevitably break. I would never, ever, ever recommend Rooms To Go to anyone. EVER. Go to Ashley Furniture; my mom has a couch that she sits on every single day and it has lasted for years! Avoid Rooms To Go at all costs.

This is the second rooms to go i have done business with. The prices are average but i have to admit the quality is pretty darn good. I was in search of theater seating for the home theater room. After many days searching online for decent priced and quality furniture i decided to give rooms to go a try again. Sure enough they came thru with flying colors. And cheaper than i had seen in other stores. I purchased the 4 reclining half circle, fit the room perfect. It was delivered in the time frame that was expected, The one thing that cost a bit more was moving the other furniture out to another area. But at least they did what we had asked them to do. All in all i will definitely keep doing buisness with this location. Very friendly and knowledgable.

I have ordered a dining table and sofa through Rooms To Go. The leather sofa had no headaches when ordering; I bought it, they delivered, all was good. The dining table when they delivered the first time had scratches and dents on all of it(table and 4 chairs). When I told the delivery guy, he had an attitude and made it seem as if it was our fault for scratching and denting the furniture. I had to call up customer support to reschedule delivery, and they said they would come back the next week. When the next week comes, I had to take off from work due to the timing of the delivery. The next guy comes, and he doesn’t have anything, but he says he needs to take pictures, when I was told they would redeliver! They then told me they would deliver the next week. They then deliver 2 good chairs, 2 bad chairs and a bad table. I then called up customer support again and they said they would deliver again the next week. I am still waiting for them to deliver the table…

This was the worst consumer experience I’ve ever had. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my sofa. I tried to cancel my order because I was tired of waiting and they told me all sales are final and I couldn’t. It was supposed to be delivered 2.5 weeks after I purchased, my work made me come in on a Saturday so I had to cancel my delivery and try to reschedule. They said my account went on back order and still won’t reschedule for me. So, I’ve spent $ 1300 and have nothing to show for it. I WILLNEVERSHOPHEREAGAIN!!! Stay away from this company!!! It wouldn’t let me do negative stars, otherwise I would have!

They may have nice furniture, but they will never keep their delivery time. When you call customer service or set up a delivery time they say it’s a 4 hour window but they never hold up their end of the deal even when you have cancelled all of your plans for a day!
