Paid over the phone, brother went to pick it up and they charged him again. Called the store to cancel the first payment and instead of crediting me back, they charged me again. Management was terrible to work with; they never helped us. Pretty sure the manager was hiding in the back the whole time. Pizza was not worth the over $ 100 cost. Don’t waste your time with these people because they would probably rather not deal with you either.

Jets Pizza for years was my favorite when I travel to Detroit .
I could not wait for them to open in Hoover. The Pizza is the same and it’s the only pizza that is crunchy when you warm it in the microwave.
I always order the Jets 10 Deep dish with Turbo Crust. The crust is crunchy and the meats abs veggies are always fresh.
My family in Michigan love the BLT pizza. And guest what? They deliver!
This is the last pizza place you will ever buy pizza once you try it!
This place is clean and the oven is huge. No frozen stuff in this place!
I gave up on pizza years ago until I took one bite of a Jets Pizza, wow it’s almost like eating a garlic bread with topping!

When I say I love Jets Pizza… I LOVE JET’S PIZZA! I have been twice to the one here and the problem is the pizza was overcooked to the point that it is burnt. I know they are supposed to be crispy but both times they were pretty much burnt. I will try them again but will make to sure to ask them not to overcook it. I will say I ate at the one in Marietta GA (Which was the best) and Michigan and sadly the one here doesn’t compare. I won’t write them off but 3 strikes they’re out. To be continued…

Good pizza at a good price. I have been here three times and I always order the eight corner pizza with turbo crust. They didn’t do the turbo crust one time so I can vouch for liking the turbo flavorized style better than the non flavorized crust. On my first visit I got a small order of wings. Pretty good, standard style wings with several sauce selections for them to be tossed in. The staff has always been very friendly and the food is always ready when I get there. I will be back.

My first time visiting Jet’s was a pretty good experience! We purchased the Medium Jet 10 Pizza and a Greek Salad. The pizza was definitely overflowing with toppings —they’re offering a Groupon deal $ 8-​$ 11 for $ 20 Jet’s Pizza Voucher (dependent on available local coupon)

I am a fan of Jet’s pizza. I loved them when I lived in Chicago, so when I saw them here I prefer them over the competitors.
I went there last night and they were out of deep dish pizza… I turned around on my heels and left.
Other than running out of the only pizza I can ever imagine wanting to eat, they are professional and are always clean and the food is tasty, including their salads.

I tried it once and may give it another shot. The service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant was very clean. The pizza we tried was average. I am not opposed to trying it a few times before making a final decision on their food. I did like the boneless wings. They were spicy and sweet. They had a good selection of flavors for the wings. Perhaps trying their flagship crust and different toppings will sway my opinion a bit more.

This has become my pizza go to place among a sea of great options in Birmingham. I was definitely curious at first but after one try I was won over by the amazing square pizza heaping with fresh toppings and bolstered by the absolute best crust in the pizza world.
Seriously, the crust is good enough to eat alone. They have a nice menu with plenty of options. Service has always been great and friendly. Call ahead for pick up, dine in or delivery. They have you covered.

I called the order in for pick up and was told 12 – 15 minutes. I arrived to pay just in time to see a pizza that looked like what I ordered go into the hot box. I said, «That looks like my pizza right there!» I was told no, they are still working on it, should be just a few more minutes. Another 20 minutes goes by, and guy goes to put another pizza in the hot box, looks at the name on the one pizza already in there and says, hey here you go, it’s been ready for a few minutes.

My friends from Michigan have been raving about Jet’s and once I tried it out, I see why. Generous toppings and sauce (which is very important to me), thicker crust than most but not quite Chicago-​style, garlic sauce, upbeat/​happy staff… solid pizza choice.
Note: Chicken/​BBQ sauce was very tasty, and of course you can’t go wrong with Italian sausage/​red sauce.
