Chico’s

I visited the store to purchase a christmas present for my mother and will never return. The employees are rude old tarts who are busy flirting with white haired men and pushing you out of the way if you’re not over 60. Simply horrid customer service to the under 55 crowd.

I have enjoyed Chico’s for many years but have one warning for you. I find their sizing somewhat inconsistent so have trouble everytime I order anything online. They do make returns simple since you can return to their retail locations. WARNING: Be sure to try on all your items within their 60 day return period. Don’t just assume because you bought the same item in 2 different colors, same size that they’ll fit the same. I snipped the tags and washed my items (always do before I wear) after trying on a camel color pant. When I went to wear the exact same black slacks, they were 5″ too short! I took them back to the local store with the same camel slacks (to show them the difference and that the garment tags showed the same size — both regular length, NOT short!) and my original order confirmation and it had been over 60 days so they would not take them back even though THEY HAD MIS-​SIZED THE PANTS. I know. I should have tried them on when I first got them or worn them sooner than I did. Just be sure you try every item on, regardless of what the tag has it sized as.
