I played at Tri-Town for the past two season and have no complaints. The leagues are run pretty smoothly and you can always get in contact with the people running it if you have any questions. I would definitely recommend playing in an adult league.

Disagree with previous review. This place is great. The ice surface is incredible, they really do a nice job. There is a «showcase» rink, where there are stands and a place for people to watch from behind glass. I’ve played hockey here plenty of times, and have never been disappointed. The locker rooms are locker rooms(deal with it). Not any worse or cleaner than other rinks in the area.

This review is in regards to their public skating and skate sharpening. * Nonsensical rules * Skate sharpening left gouges on the blades?! I paid two dollars more here than at the JFK for starters. Ok fine, it’s a newer arena. My five year old had sore feet from skating the day before, so I had her sit down on the bench. «Sorry sir, we can’t have people sit down on the benches»(FYI, there is nowhere else to sit, unlike the JFK). I was told that it was because the doors are dangerous… kid you not. They told me some kid had cut his hand on them before. As someone who played hockey/and has skated for 35+ years, I can tell you that is nonsense. If someone hurt themselves on the door, they need to fix the door. I asked for my money back, after skating less than one lap, and she told me it was not their policy to return money. She must have seen the rage boiling up and changed her mind, ’cause she then said she would make an exception this one time. Not for the sharpening though, which as I told her, I received a service for that part of my bill, I did not expect a refund for that. Got home, and noticed my five year old’s skates, which I just had sharpened there, had bad gouges in the blades. This is the first time I’ve been there in a year, and I will not be going back while under that management. Pros: * Better hours available for public skating * Did refund my money before I completely lost my cool(though I was told it was not their policy to do so.
