I first learned about this business from a friend whose judgement I trust last time I was shopping for a car. She has been buying and servicing her Volvo’s at Gary’s for 20 years. It was a little out of the way for me so I wasn’t sure it would be a good fit but I went over and checked them out and ended up buying a Volvo from Gary last year. Since then I have taken it back for servicing and they have been stellar; great service, highly trustworthy, deeply knowledgable about Volvos, and extremely professional. I am so glad that I followed up on my friends recommendation and brought my business over to Gary’s.

Do NOT go here. We frequented Rondeau’s for quite a long time. Until stuff started to go wrong with our cars. Rondeau’s was incredibly defensive and rude about everything. My husband finally brought his Volvo to the dealership, where they told him that Rondeau’s had severely messed up his emergency brake. So upsetting! Avoid this place at all costs. Or you will end up paying the price.
