After pulling into the lane and getting our newspaper and price sheet the service technician asked us to back up to allow another car in front of us. That car arrived after we did and we couldn’t understand why that car would be placed in front of us. We left and called back to ask why that would happen. The technician suggested that we had misunderstood them. I asked the technician again why we would be asked to back up to let someone else in front of us. He said they have a first-come, first-serve policy and we must have misunderstood them. Then he tersely asked what he could do for us now. I hung up. I have been going to Oil Can Henry’s for years, but now I have two words for you: Jiffy Lube.
