Spent 3 nights here recently and couldn’t be happier with everything! The room was clean and quiet, the bed soft and comfy and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend and I will stay here again!

I loved the Comfort Suites! The staff was really friendly! It was a great spot to sleep after a busy evening in downtown Hood River. We will definitely stay there again. The only teeny tiny complaint I had was that we didn’t get any tiny bottles of shampoo/conditioner in the shower, and I had none with me. Oh well! I’ll have to remember some next time :)

The room was nice and clean. We didn’t realize that we booked a room with a jacuzzi tub… awesome surprise! The bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfy with lots of pillows.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, staff was friendly and prompt, check-in and check-out efficient and correct, expanded Continental breakfast with cereal, juice, pastry, fruit, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles and more. All of this was«comforting», but the most noticeable thing were the beds — felt like pillow-top mattresses, soft top sheets/comforters and a choice between soft and firm pillows. It was like sleeping in a cloud.

Excellent hotel! Rooms are very comfortable, modern, and clean. The pool is nice(though a tad cold), and the hot tub is great. Central location(walking distance to downtown). The front desk person was nice and got us checked in quickly.

I have written almost 100 reviews over the last many years and only three times have I given one star. In this case, I would give ZERO stars if I could. I had no complaints(other than being super pricey for a regular motel) for this place after saying here on weekend trips to Hood River a few times, but after my most recent attempt at a reservation I will never be going back and I will do my best to spread the word to friends who frequent Hood River. Basically, a reservation screw up resulted in me being charged $ 280 for a room a full month before the reservation was supposed to be. When I saw the charge on my statement and called to figure out what was going on they said that somehow it was my fault and that the charge would stand. So, my husband’s surprise birthday weekend is ruined and I’m out almost $ 200 for a reservation I never used because they screwed up the date and refused to cooperate afterward. In a nutshell, DONOTSTAYHERE. And they were jerks about it.

Very nice place to stay, especially if you don’t want to stay on the main drag in Hood River. At the same time, the location is very close to town; probably a mile away at the most. Clean, modern rooms. Indoor pool. Very good service. Family friendly. Would stay there again.

Not a bad hotel… It was bigger than expected… The compmentary breakfast was pretty decent. I would go back to this place again

This place was ok. Checked in Friday night after the sunset motel messed up on our reservations. Place was adequate but they had some annoying bright green lights by the door that I think were too bright. Poorly located! Need to work on that– other than that this room was comfy. Wish it had been pet friendly– had to leave our little guy in the car. Won’t be able to do that too much longer with it warming up. Would stay here again if given the choice. Can’t say much for the front desk because I had no dealings with them, DH said they were nice to him though.

The hotel was ok, inside it was on par with what I would expect a Comfort Suites to be. We were there for a wedding and the whole bridal party plus 100 guests were staying at the hotel. The customer service at the front desk could have been better, much better. When my parents checked in, they got a view of the parking lot. They traveled out all the way from FL so my dad called down and asked for a view room and the woman acted like it was a hassle. When I checked in I was put on the 2nd floor, everyone else from the wedding was on the 3rd floor. I asked if they had any 3rd floor rooms open and was told they didn’t. Then at least 3 other people checked in after me and were given rooms on the same floor as the rest of the wedding. Awesome, I had to climb the stairs or wait for the slow elevator everytime I had to run upstairs to do something, which was probably just shy of 100 times. My co-Maid of Honor stayed with the bride the night before the wedding and called down early to get an early check in on the day of the wedding and she was told no way she could get an early check in, other people were staying in the room with her. check in is at 3, the bus for the wedding was leaving at 3:15 so that gave the girls a whopping 15 minutes to g
