I just had the best time getting a hair cut. I am a recent transplant to Hood River so I needed to find a new hair place. A friend and I went together. She got highlights and a trim. I got a cut. Janiene made us feel welcome and really listened to hear what we wanted. Our hair looks great and I feel like I just hung out all afternoon chatting with friends. Another reason to be happy I moved here.

Came here after another fancy salon in town butchered my hair color not once but twice these ladies are awesome and totally fixed what I thought was a lost cause. The salon feels upscale without a pretentious vibe. I will definitely be back — if these ladies are that good at repairing my botched color, I can’t wait to see what they can do under normal circumstances. Quite amazingly my hair doesn’t feel anymore damaged. Thanks ladies!

Well decorated, clean, fairly priced hair salon right downtown Hood River. The stylish-​owner was able to entertain me with lively discussion, serve a beer or coffee at my prefered choice, and most importantly recover my hair from a visit at Mastercut. I did not like going to the barber for years but I now do enjoy the experience and feel I do not need to give much directions. If you are looking for a laidback, friendly, professional atmosphere you should check the place out.

Best Haircut I’ve ever had!!! Great atmosphere, wonderful stylist, and great products. I recommend this salon to everyone I know. She does wonderful haircuts on women, men and young adults and everyone leaves smiling. Book yourself the best hair styling experience today.

Awesome hair cut!!! Lady works on her own and owns the salon. Definitely one of the best haircut experiences I’ve had in a while and by far the best haircut you’re gonna get in Hood River. Parking is a little iffy as you have to park on the street with a street meeter but she’ll warn you if you’re getting a ticket as she monitors the parking meter guy. :) I’d recommend atomic hair lounge to anyone who’s looking for a quick, professional, and stylish haircut. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!!
