5 out of 5 hands down. This shop is absolutely amazing. XCEL wetsuits offers the top of the line products in the world of wetsuits. Their big seller are their rashguards. People flock to grab these because they offer great sun protection. They also make some of the only kids rashguards around. They definitely go fast so make sure to call before heading down. Their wetsuit selection usually has one of everything but not much more. We are in Hawaii so that makes complete sense. The customer service is bar none. They are always so helpful and knowledgable. Head here before anywhere else when it comes to wetsuits and rashguards!

Wow, my first time in this place and I was totally impressed. I needed some shorts for paddling and checked out XCEL on a friend’s recommendation. They didn’t have many sizes in some of the styles I was looking at, but I was told to come back the following week after their shipment came in. The guy working(younger dude) was super helpful AND complimentary, whether or not he meant to be. «So, what size are you… a 4?» HAHAA! Will you marry me? «Oh, we don’t have any smaller sizes in that style… these would all fall off of you.» That’s it… I’m taking you home! Seriously, compliment a girl while she’s trying on skin-tight clothing and you’re in like Flynn! Or maybe I’m just that easy. Either way, the service was great and the shorts are awesome. Like sitting on a nice, fluffy cloud. AND no chafing! What more could you possibly ask for? A few days later, I visited the Hale’iwa store which seemed to have a better selection of women’s paddling gear. The girl working there was super cool, too.
