Webster Hall

The entrance doors — on both sides — don’t work fully. Apparently this has been going for quite some time now. I don’t see why it’s so difficult to fix a door. I was here for the SHRM class and the room that we were in was pretty clean and updated. The chairs were crappy and I felt like I kept rolling around while I was seated. The desk itself is so damn small that you can only fit maybe a book but you gotta write your notes on that book and pray that your coffee mug doesn’t fall down while you’re writing. I also had an issue with how freaking cold it was in this room. The restrooms are pretty clean and there’s wi-​fi too!

When the A/​C in this building is bangin’ it gets damn cold in here especially in the first floor classrooms. This hall/​building in particular is the home of the nursing and Dental Hygiene Department. I haven’t really been up in the second, third, and fourth floor rooms but the building is nice. The classrooms are pretty nice. All of them or most of them have projectors which are key for doing powerpoint presentations. There is the UHM WiFi circulating throughout the building. Depending on what classes you take, you will have some located in Webster Hall. The restrooms are alright. It’s one of the more better ones at UH. The water fountains are ok. They are not that cold which they should be. There’s an elevator in the building if you need to go from one level to the next. People you work and go to Spalding Hall also use this elevator because the buildings are connected to each other. Most of the Nursing and Dental Hygiene classes are held on the upper floors.

The restroom here is pretty damn nice. Who needs to go to the old rickity looking restroom in Spalding when you got a super nice one in Webster just a few steps more?! The place is pretty clean compared to most places too. Thank goodness I have a class here. As the past reviewer said, it is the Home of the School of Nursing, and I’m glad it is.

Home of the School of Nursing. Building appears much newer than most. Contains a multi-​million dollar simulation lab opening in Fall 2012.
