Water Writes Honolulu Mural

I’m glad that Lofa made a Unilocal page for this mural.
It’s hard to miss because it’s so massively beautiful. Came here to do an assignment and was astonished at the sight.
Estria, The Estria Foundation, John Prime, and 808Urban really worked hard on this mural and it really shows. The images are flawless and the colors pop. The queen herself looks so real that it looks like she could come off the wall.
They are very sweet and informative people so when you stop by, you will always learn something new. Revolving around water sustainability, the Estria Foundation has done a series of murals around the world.
This piece is not only beautiful but it is education and gives us a glimpse of what Hawaii would be like if we used our water wisely.

Unilocal 365 Challenge #42/​365

Hawai’i’s largest aerosol art mural deserves a Unilocal.Estria and the Estria Foundation along with Prime and 808Urban created this beautiful mural. With the help of some of Hawai’i’s talented artists, this huge piece entitled «Water Writes» is aimed at inspiring the community about water usage in Hawai’i and around the world. Part of a series of murals including countries like Haiti, Palestine, Colombia, Philippines, El Salvador, and other US states.
A great piece of art that everyone can enjoy. Stop by and visit the mural because pictures do not do this wall justice. I’m glad the local boys had a chance to show off their creative and artistic skills.
