I have visited the kiosks at ala moana and have been to this location on ward several times as well. This location has an amazing set up with a showcase of all the different flavors– makes it so much easier to see what the variety is– as well as whats new. There are two associates that have stood out the most to me since I’ve began using ecigs in the last 2 years– Pua and Angelo. They were both very friendly and helpful. Any questions I had were welcome and answered informatively– which is something I immensely appreciate when I have questions regarding products and if it’s worth buying. They welcomed me to try new flavors or ones I haven’t tried yet which made shopping for more, very easy. They were both very helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Will definitely be going to the ward location from now on– sincerely hoping these two associates are there when I go back next time!

I just had a great experience with a sales associate by the name of Kapua. I went there to buy a refill for my wifes ecig. Kapua offered us to try out some of the flavored samples and we ended up buying more than we expected, and I think it was purely because of the fact that she was so helpful and patient with us. There are a few times in life when you come across an employee that treats the business as if it was her own. Mahalo Kapua, my wife really loves the Guava flavor that you suggested. The ward location is by far the most helpful and made me so comfortable that’s why I choose to drive 30 minutes just to go to there location!!! Also there display they have of all the different E liquids is so eye appealing and well displayed that’s why I give them 5 stars!!! Alright where do I begin with this store… so when they opened this store at ward I was excited because I thought hey, a new store closer to my house? Score! No score at all. I work in the food industry so I have excellent customer service. The workers here? None what so ever! When I went in to by my Lava Tube I received horrible service from the girl working there. The Lava Tube cost 140 dollars! And if I wasn’t wanting to quit smoking I would have walked away from that store. The girl talked to us like we were five year olds. «You put the liquid in here okay? Do you understand? Then you fill the tube tank, this is called a tube tank okay? You fill it with liquid. Do you understand?» Seriously? Anyways I pushed it to the side and came back a few days later hoping it was just that girl who had bad service. Nope. When I came back there were two guys working. One of them was actually really nice and polite about everything. The older guy came over and as soon as he saw my friend and I his expression changed and he gave me a monotoned voice. Almost like he couldn’t believe young kids like us were buying this. After carding us I asked him to try the orange cream in lights. He gave me the full flavored instead. I was getting annoyed because he would hand me whatever I asked then walk to the other side of the kiosk and stand there. Only reason I gave two instead of one is for the younger boy who actually seemed to enjoy working. So I recommend going to the Ala Moana one where they’re actually a lot nicer.
