Trisha and Tori were very helpful and so pleasant to deal with when we first started but every month after that there were problems with the deposits of our money always been put in wrong account constant errors being made. Then only three months into our agreement which we waved one month of their property management fee they try to trick us into believing that the tenant could leave whenever they want to do if they didn’t like the neighbors. Well we discussed it for quite a bit and she said the tenants would be OK to stay in the home then a month later she says they have (tenant)have orders and that the military can leave anytime they want so they stated they have orders in hand and that they’re going to be vacating the home in one month. Needless to say it was all a lie and it seems that they work more for the tenant then they do for the homeowner Trisha and Tori make it so easy to believe what they say because they have such sweet voices. but let me say this homeowner beware, this is our first experience with a property manager and let me tell you the only positive thing out of this whole mess is we learned that you need to know your rights as a homeowner when dealing with property managers because they will take advantage of your ignorance. Needless to say we have got a new property manager Sherry Bates Who is with Remax and it’s a whole different ballgame now we finally feel like we will be treated as a homeowner and that the property managers actually work for us

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Trisha who not only manages our property but helped us get into our new home. I don’t think you can go through a home buying process free of obstacles, but we were led by the best realtor in Hawaii so we knew we were in good hands!
