Dr. Gesteuyala is very kind, warm, loving, and sweet. I deducted 1 star because the staff is hit or miss. The other downside is that sometime there is no parking, so you park several blocks away which normally would not be too bad, but for the following factors: (1) The many homeless and tents on the way walking to the Dr.‘s Office; and (2) if your child is sick with a fever and vomitting, he/​she will have difficulty walking even a few blocks (and you can’t leave your child at the office building while you park far away if your child is too young to be left alone in the parking lot). The parking attendant is helpful but often seems very stressed out. The 2 out of 3 times I’ve gone there, I’ve been told there was no parking at all so I had to park somewhere else. Though the doctor is very important, parking and staff responsiveness are important considerations as well.

Amazing! Dr. Tawni spent so much time really caring about my daughter. She was attentive, kind and gentle. I just moved here from the mainland and it was the best Dr experience I’ve ever had.

Dr. Tawni is awesome! She has great bedside manner, is very knowledgeable, extremely patient, and really takes the time out to explain things. She is always available when we call with questions and has great suggestions. Our son loves his visits with her and I wouldn’t choose anyone else. She even follows her own patients in the hospital which is a huge plus!!! She’s an awesome Pediatrician and we’re so lucky to have her as our son’s doctor! We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great Pediatrician.
