The employees were obviously not happy. Both ladies took their time coming out to help me, they were abrupt when asking me questions as if they wanted the transaction done ASAP, yet they took their time in making my sandwich. I had to remind the second lady who helped me, Chels, to put my sauce before the vegetables. She put little vegetables. Chels looked angry just because I asked what type of oil the restaurant provides in the end when all she had to say was«olive oil» and there was no other way I would have known. The ladies were not wearing name tags, or at least they were not visible to me on their shirts or their hats. The two ladies seemed to talk down on me, but Chels talked down on me the most. I was not rude or impolite and spoke neutrally, and I did not make a special request. Therefore, I think these ladies really hate their jobs and really do not care about trying to give good customer service and want their shifts to end ASAP. I am never going to this location again.

This is by far the WORST experience i have ever had at a subway!!! So my co worker and I ordered a sub on the Subway app, We got a confirmation and an email saying that we paid for sub and it was ready for pickup! So I went to this location to pick up the sandwich and the owner Miya was there working the cash register, So I told her we had the app order. She started yelling at me telling me that her store dosent use the app, so I tried to show her the email and confirmation and she just kept yelling«NO, no, no, no» and didn’t even bother to look at what was on my screen. I didn’t like her attitude so I gave an attitude back and told her that it clearly says we paid for the sub on my debit card and she just kept shaking her head no, so I went onto the bank site and checked if there was a charge and to no surprise there was a charge for $ 8.76 for the sub so I tried to show her that and she just kept yelling at me literally and telling me im stupid she dont use that app and she continued on to tell me that«no one uses the app» so i asked her then why do you even have the store on this list that is available for app ordering and she told me that I was stupid and that I should not ever use the app. So we stood there going back and fourth about this because i was trying to explain to her that she should just calm down and see the email and charge i was trying to show her on my phone. Anyway, she kept telling me i had to pay again for the sub so I did and told her that if there is a charge on my card tomorrow when I check then she will need to refund me. She just kept giving me attitude and basically threw me the sub that has been sitting on the counter the whole time… ANDTHEN as im walking out she says«next time dont phone order and app order» so i said i didn’t phone order because i used the app and paid on the app, and then she told me give her back the sub because it wasent the one… SO i was like wait what??? Mind you this location has absolutely NOPARKING so my ride was waiting out the on the main road because i was just suppose to run in and grab the sub. NOW i had to re order the sub and she made me wait behind the customers that came AFTER me!!! boy was my blood boiling!!! i ordered the sandwich and as she was making it she just kept telling me not to use the app and blah blah blah i just wanted to go because my lunch break is only 30 minutes and i basically wasted 20 minutes of that arguing with a brick wall that is so one sided and didn’t understand where i was coming from as a customer. OVERALL –i will never ever ever return to this location even tho it is so close to my working place I would rather drive the extra 5 miles to get some real service… it would not have been a problem if she didn’t have this attitude with me and on top of that I basically paid $ 17 for a foot-long that had old veggies and STALE bread…

Today this morning 2÷16÷16 I bought breakfast from there. 1 Footlong Wheat bread. Sweet Onion Chicken with American Cheese toasted. Added Lots of onions. Few lettuce. Green bellpeppers, Olives, Jalopeños, cucumber and black pepper with sweet onion sauce. Ordered Meal with 1 Cheetos chip and Large Raspberry Iced tea. Good breakfast! Franchise owner was very nice and several times I would always go in… She has been friendly to me many many many times. Loved our conversations early in the morning with her husband who is also a franchise owner of vons hawaii chicken. Very customer service oriented. She always gives me free newspaper. Very kind she is. Place is small but really good to have subway in that area. Food portion is very good. Their cookies are delicious as well!

This subway is the worst one on island. I understand that any business is there to make money, but it’s so obvious that they use old Veggies and they really don’t care to make you a good sandwich. No mayo, toasted, no salt, or whatever u tell her, the owner Korean lady basically is not listening. The one on Atkinson and keeaumoku location is much much better. I wouldn’t go to this location again.

These people are really nice and friendly. I really like how you have 2 separate stations for sandwich making/salad making so that you can service 2 customers at the same time. Really innovative and Ive never seen a Subway location do that before. I will be coming here if I want to make a healthy choice. This probably is the best Subway Ive ever been to!

Very convenient place can get really busy in the afternoon when school is in session. Only street parking but a lot of people would usually just park in the Walgreens lot.

Convenient, clean, and brand new — So far I like this location better than the one up the street closer to my home because of the(perceived) cleanliness and the available parking. The employees… could use some customer service training to say the least. They aren’t very friendly, ask the standard questions in such a thick accent and so quietly you can barely understand them(if you’re like most though, you already know what they’re asking without really needing to hear it clearly. «what kind of bread?» «cheese?» «toasted?» … etc) I spent most of my time on my recent visit repeating the questions to the customer next to me, she had no idea what they were asking. Anyhow, it’s cheap and pretty hard to mess up a sandwich.

This is my go to lunch and breakfast spot. You know how franchises can serve you something that doesn’t even appear like their commercials. This place definitely merits the franchise name. The sandwiches have always looked full and delicious and I feel like I’m getting my moneys worth.

One of my favorite Subway franchises throughout Honolulu. They accept credit cards, they have daily $ 3.196-inch sub specials, they offer any foot-long for $ 5.99 after 6pm, they also have some of the best prices. Their foot-long oven-roasted Chicken Breast sub is only $ 6.00 here whereas most other franchises sell this for $ 7.00+. If you eat at Subway often, it’s worth the extra drive/planning to eat here. I do.
