Subway

Horrible customer service today. Stopped by for a post-​workout lunch and was treated with rudeness throughout. First of all, the lady was impatient when taking my order. Then she just threw down slabs of deli meat unevenly throughout the sandwich (and without separating it out). She left the sandwich in the oven while she disappeared to the back. she took so long coming back that I heard the oven beep several times. My sandwich was «toasted» way more than it should’ve been. She also gave me sass when I mistakenly heard how much I owed her (I was off by 20 cents). To top it all off, no «thank you» as I was leaving. I know that during all this there were about 3 people in line behind me but that doesn’t excuse the way she treated me. This was one of those experiences where the service was so bad that you leave feeling grouchy.
I gave 2 stars only because location is convenient at the Y.

One of my favorite subways, mainly because of the location and the fact that it’s in a gym. What more could you ask for, right? The staff here is courteous and quick with your order

This is by far the best Subway I have ever eaten in. Where is it? Where is it? HAHA, It’s in Nuuanu YMCA! Get your workout on, ball with a couple boys, take your kids to swimming lessons, take a hula class, then chow down on the best Subway ever. This location has THE BEST bread I’ve ever had. It was soft and warm and just good good good.
There’s not too much else I can say about Subway since they’re pretty much the same everywhere. Same condiments, same drinks, same soup, same everything. This one is the best of all mediocre sandwiches. For that, you get 4 stars!
