Subway

What really is there to say… Its your typical subway, the workers there are not that friendly, they like to talk to each other while they make sandwiches instead of paying attention to the customer. This is probably why they take longer to make a sandwich than the other Subways I been to.
The craziest policy that they have is; if you are phone ordering say 10 sandwiches for the office gang they will not accept a same day order. Your order needs to be placed 24 hrs in advanced for lunch time pick up. Even if you give them several hours to do it. I told you they take a long time to make sandwiches… The reason that they give is; they need to service their lunch hour crowd and don’t have the time to make a mulitple sandwich order.
Most restuarants gladly accept larger orders but not this place. I had to drive 5 more miles to the Nuuanu shop who took my order and had it ready in less than 30 minutes and they thank me for my business and said that I can call in my orders anytime no problem.
I recently went back to buy 5 sandwiches for the gang at the office. I didn’t bother to phone in my order instead I just went and ordered the sandwiches. To my surprise they filled my order during their lunch rush? Interesting… No?
So here is the 411:
Cons:
If your in a rush this is not the place for you.
If you need to order a bunch of sandwiches don’t phone it in you have to go down and order them in person and waste your entire lunch hour because that is how long its going to take them.
Their subs never ever look like the picture they plaster all over the place, but that is a Subway standard operating pratice so no fault on their part.
The workers are not too friendly
Pros:
They do offer free parking which is nice. There are several Subways that offer zero parking.
The bread seems fresh
The started accepting credit card very recently

Today was the second time they were closed when their hours said they were supposed to be open. What a waste of time, never going back.
