I should begin by expressing that Stir Beverage created/​delivered what was the best feature/​attraction at our wedding, generating quite the buzz. The decision to hire Stir Beverage, and the fact that our wedding took place in Hawaii at a gorgeous estate, were two of the most critical factors, which made our wedding so amazing. Chad (owner & bartender) and Stacy (bartender) were extremely professional and personable. We received compliments from nearly every one of our guests on how delicious the signature cocktails were and how awesome (in general) the bar was. The two moved quickly, eliminating bottlenecks throughout the wedding, yet gave our guests phenomenal service. While the pricing may be higher than your average mobile bartending service, it was worth every penny. You get what you pay for. Top quality products, such as fresh and local garnishes, mixers, juices and equipment is what you can expect.
Establishing logistics: Living in San Francisco and planning a destination wedding can prove to be a challenge, since most communications are handled via email or phone calls. Getting the details sorted and the contract signed was seamless. Chad is extremely experienced, professional and made this part a breeze.
Tip for customers: Understand clearly what Stir Beverage does and does not cover.
This can be customized to your budget. For example, my husband and I elected to do our own alcohol shopping (my guy is a bartender himself — so we felt comfortable handling this ourselves, and it was pretty seamless). Alcohol shopping is a service that Stir Beverage can cover for a fee. Chad shops for the signature cocktail ingredients (and bills you), but you can elect to get all other alcohol yourself.
In conclusion, Stir Beverage exceeded our expectations, they blew our wedding guest’s minds. Of all the wedding vendors I had to hire, I am most pleased with Stir Beverage. I, without a doubt recommend you hire Stir Beverage over any other mobile bartending company on Oahu.

Best cocktails and best bartenders on the island. Chad handcrafted some of the drinks and they were better than the typical tiki touristy drinks. Overall I am satisfied with a great drinking experience and hope that the island follows this style of creativity and aloha passion for adult beverages.

Stir Beverage far exceeded our expectations. We had a destination wedding so all of our communication with Chad was by email and phone. He always responded immediately anytime I contacted him. From the first time we spoke with Chad, we knew we had to book Stir. The passion and professionalism he exudes about his craft made me trust him wholeheartedly and my skeptical husband’s reservations about hiring a beverage catering company completely vanished. Chad talks a big game and boy did he deliver. The bar looked beautiful and he even personalized everything with our names. We had 3 signature cocktails: Mango Dream, Pearl of Hawaii, and Passion Fruit Margarita. Our guests are still raving about the drinks. One person told us how impressed he was at the end of the night as the wedding was ending, how Chad still insisted on placing a flower in the drink. Our guests were blown away by the deliciousness of each cocktail. Stir beverage definitely stole the show. We joke about what types of parties we can host when we come back to Oahu so that we can hire Stir again. We could not be happier and we recommend Stir Beverage to anyone hosting an event. My company hosted a grand opening event for our brand new office that just opened in downtown Honolulu. We were referred to Stir Beverage and could not have been happier with our decision to utilize their services. From our initial meeting, Chad was very professional and understood the classy, elegant and innovative vibe that we were aiming for. He had great suggestions and really pulled everything together. I really appreciated that Chad was able to help with glassware, table, chair and linen rentals as well as I was able to consolidate vendors. Blown away by the service I received by Chad and his team with Stir Beverage! I hosted a networking gig which I could not have done without their help and it went on without a hitch. Professionalism without a doubt. My friends all agreed that the drinks were not only a main topic of conversation at the event, but also a highlight!
