Starbucks

I had a Pumpkin Spice Latte last week at a different location that was terrible. So I came here to give it a second shot. I asked if they changed anything about it, telling her about my last experience (which was a shock, because I love the psl) and she said yes. They now use real pumpkin. So I was even more shocked to think I wouldn’t like it, and furthermore that I wouldn’t like it more!
So she made it for me and told me to let her know if I didn’t like it, and she would make me something else. I really appreciated that. AND I was happy to tell her that I in fact did like it! Must have just had a bad one at the other location (inside the Hilton lobby).
I came in today (⁹⁄₂₈) at 2:30. I didn’t catch her name, but she has short black hair, and I thought her customer service was perfect. Thank you!

This is by far the worst starbucks I’ve been to, first of all everyone is rude and do not know the meaning of customer service. If you don’t like your job then quit no one is forcing you to work.
Second, how can a coffee shop and a chain as big as starbucks not have the cups for espresso. I ordered espresso and was handed a big mug. Thanks for the overkill and the espresso was horrible and smelled like ammonia. I could have made a better espresso.
The owner/​manager of this particular franchise chain should consider hiring new staff and perhaps read up on the regulations for operating a starbucks,

Had a great visit this evening. I enjoyed my usual, Iced Green Tea Latte w/​Coconut Milk (though, I usually get it w/​Soy) and it was Ono! The baristas were very friendly & cheerful — especially Sione, he was Awesome!
I usually stop by this location before or after I shop at the nearby Walmart.

Wow. I asked home girl to driZle the extra Carmel that I paid for over the whipped cream and she slammed my drink In the trash and proceeded to make an entire new drink. Way to throw a fit. I paid for the extra whip, the extra crunch, and the extra sauce. You weren’t doing me any favors, just your paying job. Rude
And they didn’t have any grilled cheese today. Boo!
The cashier girl was sweet though. And I have to admit the drink slammed in front of me (verses the trash) was really delicious. I’m gonna give that last credit to me though for my excessive need for sugar. Ha

This Starbucks is within a block and a half from where we live in Honolulu so I frequent this location whenever we’re at our second home, dating back to almost 10 years now…
The employees are usually very friendly and efficient. They are always busy no matter what time of day because they are located in prime location of all the malls and shopping center.
Every time I feel the need for a caffeine break in Honolulu, you’ll find me sitting in front of this Starbucks. They have a few tables and chairs out front under the shades next to Wal-​Mart where you can just sit back, relax and watch people walk by. This Starbucks holds a lot of fond memories for me. Can’t wait to be back again!

I like coming here after going to Walmart but you will need patience. There is always a line here. It is the smallest Starbuck I know of.
It’s 6:45 am on a Sunday. Figured I’d come and get my carmel machiatto, tall and hot. This early, on a Sunday, shouldn’t be a line, right. WRONG! Luckily, there were only 3 people ahead of me. Bad, only one barista. And this has been an ongoing issue. Oh, it’s worse any other day. It seems because this is a small location, actual square footage of store, one barista is enough. Man, I thought you base it on actual foot traffic coming through.
I remember talking to a barista, on a previous visit, who confessed she really felt the pressure this time because the barista that was suppose to come after her called out. And, she still did not get started putting away the supplies that got delivered that morning. The boxes were in the way to get to the 2 tables they had there. I asked if it was okay to move them for me to get in. No problem there. Usually these tables are taken. One of the few times I was able to get one and plug in my electronics.
I have sat on the tables on the outside. I will no longer do that. The wifi seems really slow. Then, you have to deal with the vagrants who hang out there. I got approached a couple times. Nothing scary but can get annoying. Sometimes the smell can be very offensive.
Sitting at the long bar table at the window can be entertaining. I feel like I’m watching a fashion show. The Japanese women wearing their lolita dresses are interesting to look at. Their counter part men wearing their fashion styles as well. The thing is they all pull it off. I wonder if I… nah, forget that.
The baristas are friendly, never had an issue with any of them even whey they’re under pressure. In fact, I’ve met some of the friendliest SB baristas here. Too bad they never stay for very long.
It’s not my fave location but you can find me here for a pick me upper a few times a month. Feel like picking me up for a joe, let me know.

Can I give a negative star? Cody didn’t follow the drink order with light ice and then when we asked for the light ice with the drink he dumped out half the cup and filled up the drink with coffee and then still with extra ice. You’re supposed to take the ice out and add coffee and soy, not dump the cup out and put ice coffee and the same amount of ice as before. Please also don’t give stink eye when you make the drink too.
So disappointed with the quality of drinks here. If this wasn’t the only convenient location open on thanksgiving, I would definitely not be here. This isn’t even my first terrible review of this location.

Located in the row of stores/​restaurants adjacent to Walmart.
Starbucks is Starbucks. I expect greatness on a consistent basis.
Service is attentive and quick.
Coffee products are high quality.
At the time of my visit, this location was lacking most, if not all, of the pastries and sweet products that I’ve come to love. I don’t know why these weren’t available, but it was a huge disappointment.
Because of its proximity to Walmart and Sam’s Club, this location is typically pretty crowded. It’s not uncommon to see the line extending out the door.
