It would have remained at 4 star’s, but they didn’t have their shit together. I hope this was just an off week. Where do i begin? Attempted to schedule an appointment for 1 week, leaving messages. There were no message on the voicemail regarding salon being closed or return of stylist’s. Isn’t that standard practice? That alone would have kept this salon at 4 star’s regardless of what the shit hole looks like. I make my appointment, get there and they ask me if i made and appointment. WTF?! Are you F***ing with me? They took me in, with no word said during the whole time(30 minutes). Of course I don’t lower my standards regardless. I thanked them for taking me in, tipped my usual, and got the F*** out. As I was walking out, I told myself that I better start looking for a new barber. Not sure if I will give another try. Atmosphere: Salon make me feel like I’m in the 80’s. It wouldn’t matter if their customer service was on target. Price: Cost of haircut has gone up, but it was bound to happen sometime. Did I mention customer service sucks? Parking: Metered parking, get there a little early if you decide to use this sub-standard salon. There’s a parking garage and a pay parking lot across the street.
