Ono grinds! Great lady and food. Will be back again. Call ahead of time as everything is made fresh to order. This is a food truck and everything is to go.

Super nice lady, she makes everything from scratch. She doesn’t even have precut vegetables, she preps everything to order. Because of this, food can take long. She wants her customers to have the most fresh food possible. Price is super cheap! Sometimes I wonder if she is even profiting. My favorite is the beef larb, I have never seen anywhere the made it like how she does. Other places ground up the meat and usually comes out dry, hers is cut up and is juicy and delicious. And her noodles dishes are really good and really big portions.

Sometimes you find a place or person, just great food at great value. I called to verify the location and Jennifer told me she’d deliver it to me at the Longs Drug store, where she normally parks her food truck. She delivered. I ordered the Chicken Pad See Ew, which is a Thai version of Chow Fun, very good flavor, and you can’t ask for a fresher cooked meal. She told me she lived down the street and was running errands for her mom, but still took the time out too cook a meal. Definetly on point. I’ve eaten at a few Thai places, mostly in California, excellent food from S&S/Jennifer. Some of us that travel regularly understand getting a great meal around the world know a good place, S&S Thai Kitchen is one. People like Jennifer that cook great quality food are rare.

Love this new discovery in my new hood! Great thai food, huge portions & soooo cheap! The woman who runs the food truck is so nice too! She donates her tips to Shriners every week!

I tried this place out for the first time last week and everyone loved the food. The pad thai was really good and had a nice smoky flavor. The green curry was also exceptional. The cook does not use msg which is a huge plus in our family!!! We will be back to try other items on their menu.

Thai Kitchen … I don’t know how many times I’ve driven by this food truck on King St. until I was hungry last night craving something esle besides fast food. And S&S Thai Kitchen was really something else besides«fast food» that hit the spot. Thanks to all the previous reviewers for directing me to this food truck. OK so here’s my experience … PROS: The auntie that runs the food truck is awesome! She’s nice and friendly, really took the time to make sure I had my order right. They take phone orders — which really is a great thing considering it took about 30 minutes to make the order. You might think 30 min. — damn that’s a long time … but it’s not, considering that the food is made to order and has an authentic home cooked taste. You know what I’m talking about … the taste like it came out of a kitchen, rather than a restaurant. The portions were large … I got 2 curries(yellow and penang … one with beef, the other with a mix of meats) and the spring rolls. The bag holding it all felt heavy … it was like an arm workout. And the price was pretty darn good — $ 21 for the curry and spring rolls. BTW — after eating my curry and the spring rolls I was put into food coma heaven! CONS: OK so if I had to say anything … maybe it’s the fact that I’ve been missing out on this food truck … until now.

That seafood fried rice broke the mouth! Once you try it, you’ll want to go back for more.

My go to cheap quality food! I come here all the time! Jennifer, the owner and chef is amazing, she’ll talk story with you, while cooking! The portion is good, especially the fried chicken wings plate(my fav). Be prepared to wait a little as it is made fresh, from scratch, and its usually a one women job, though sometimes her niece comes to help.

These taste are homemade and cheap. Go to this truck at Moilili park before Longs with a some time as she makes it from scratch and there is only one person and cash only. During games in the park there are no orders since the teams give big list. Leave a tip. Rice is included and where can you get 10 spring rolls for $ 5? If she has them made up to fry as all is fresh everyday. She cooked with Keo. This is not a restaurant– it is take out so enjoy it at home. Why there are no other lunch wagons on this corner is a mystery. Bring one or three more and this Wagon will still be crowded. Her prices alone are attractive.

It’s a one lady operation and it’s great Thai food and excellent value! It’s a bit of a wait because she doesn’t cook it until u order it, so either order ahead by phone or be prepared to wait like 15 min per dish. I like how she uses vegetables that I actually like to eat instead of the typical bamboo shoots and random carrots stuffs. She uses long bean in most of her dishes and it’s cooked all the way through not crunchy. Everything I’ve tried so far it’s been delicious only downside is no sticky rice :(but that’s ok I still like this place

Was craving yellow curry and I’ve always wanted to try this place since I’ve passed this place every weekend. My overall rating is 3.5÷3.75 but chose to place a 4 to be fair as I’ve only tried their yellow curry today. Although this isn’t the best yellow curry I’ve had, it was well worth the $ 8 and she gave a lot. The thickness was a little runny and not enough coconut milk for my liking; however, it still had a lot of flavor with lots of vegetables and a huge serving. The wait was approximately 10 minutes but it’s made to order so it’s understandable. Not one of my top thai places, but worth going again and trying something else.

Great Thai Food! It’s a truck parked at Moilili Park, I think that’s what the park next to Long’s is called. It’s run by a personable lady that works hard to keep her quality high. I like the drunken noodle and I get it with all the meats and seafood, hold the chicken. All food on the menu can be served this way, plus chicken if you want! The curries are great too. The prices are pretty good. I don’t quite remember the prices so look at the menu somebody posted. Call ahead because the food is from scratch and it’s not fast food. Things to keep in mind This is a place that is mostly to-go as there is not really any place to eat. There is a bleacher nearby, but it’s kind of disgusting and out of the shade. I guess you might eat on the sidewalk if you bring some seats, but in the day time you will be in the sun. The portion of the rice that goes with the curry is a little small on the small side.

Update 8÷12÷15: S&S Thai Kitchen will be closed for the month of September, so if you’re an addict like me, get your fix(es) this month. Made to order food truck fare. Great taste and good portions. Since it is new, I’ve only tried the Pad Thai noodles. It comes with pork, beef, chicken AND seafood stir fried together. Just $ 7. Other menu items include fried chicken, curries, soups, spring rolls. No msg added. Very friendly owner and her husband. Be prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes since food is made to order and not scooped out of warming pans. I’m using the Long’s street address because food trucks don’t have addresses.
