Rand Contracting

David Rand and his crew built a terrific house for my clients. I needed to facilitate the removal of an old home and building of an accessible home for a family with a household member with medical needs. He gave the best bid out of five, not only the fairest numbers, but a comprehensive, well thought out bid.
He built a plumb, square, straight, level house solidly in a timely manner. There was no «corner-​cutting», he used the preferred products I requested and his building style was top quality, building for sturdiness and longevity. David is a good communicator with common sense, patience, and clear view of the completed project. He rolled with some difficulties during the process with kindness, good humor and his ever present positive attitude. They kept the jobsite clean and were always polite and patient with the home owners and myself. His invoicing was clear, fair, detailed and easy to follow. I will work with him again if I have any building needs on Oahu.
