Prestige Valet Service

Maybe there is a bad seed in your company Prestige Valet Service. on September 16, 2014, I had to drop off a few friends off at the Republik on Kapiolani blvd. Needless to say, i don’t want to drive up the ramp, but i did. since my friend recently had a knee surgery.
Well, after turning around and letting of the guys know that i would be dropping them off. He flags me down to talk to me. He tells me that i cannot drive up the ramp to drop people off, then pats me on the chest like he’s my friend?
I’m sorry, but hey… i can breathe fine… shitty customer service. Whoever is the manager needs to look into this.
One, we live in Hawaii, live Aloha and i will give it back, this bad review is because of that one person, sorry, he was a local guy, about 5′ 6″, tanned, black hair.
Two, you DO NOT touch anyone, for any reason. Unless i extend my hand to shake your hand. I hope that the right person reads this and reprimands the employee that is so ignorant.

This is the worst Valet service I have ever encountered in my entire life. These Valets were working the Elk’s Club wedding Sunday Afternoon July 29^th 2012. The rude guy whom smelled of fresh ganja grabbed my keys from me before I could even hand them to him. He seemed out of it, I was very afraid to have him take my car anywhere.
When he drove off with the car, he barely sideswiped are taxi in the parking lot before parking it, I watched him the whole time. As he got out of the car, he started arguing with a member of the Club, calling him an «A hole» and told this gentleman with his kid and wife to go back to Del Mar (their local). When the Gentleman asked for his boss, he said «who your boss»??? in a very loud voice.
At the end of the night, I recieved my car from the same guy, my car reeked of marijuana. I also found a empty beer bottle under my seat, after I got home. What a horrible operation this is!
Don’t use these guys. I will be following up with the Elk’s club and filing a complaint soon. Horrible.

I should have made this review LONG ago! Okay– only like 3 months ago, but still.
I coordinated an event at Chaminade for the grand opening of the Nursing school. It was the largest (and most successful, if I may) event that Chaminade has held to-​date! Woo-​Hoo!
Our event tripled in size before our eyes just a week (more like days) before the event and we were frazzled about the parking, among other things!
Justin, being the incredible person he is– pulled valets from some other events that he knew wouldn’t need as much man-​power and pulled together 6 EXTRA valets for us! He saved the day!
They were incredibly easy to work with, and I know that Chaminade uses them often for the events. They communicated with Security to make sure they were arranging everything correctly and we successfully accommodated 500+ people and their vehicles without causing a catastrophic traffic jam on Chaminade’s impossible-​to-​park-​and-​drive campus!
We will be using his company again very soon (well, as soon as we have another valet-​appropriate event), and will be the only valet service I go through on the island. He rocks! :)

Yup, another 5-​stars for Justin from Prestige Valet! I just threw another huge Unilocal party for 450 guests at Pacific Home and needed valet services because there was little to no parking at the venue.
I called Justin two weeks before to let him know about the event, and as he had done other events there before, he told me that we’d need to get permission from General Growth Properties to use the lot across the street to park cars. Justin called GGP, who then called me with a request for a certificate of insurance from the valet company. Justin sent over everything that day and followed up with them again to ensure that they had received it.
Totally professional and when you’re putting together a gigantic party with 35+ vendors, it’s really reassuring to know that you have one piece of the puzzle that requires zero worry. Thanks again & we’ll definitely be using Prestige Valet for future Unilocal events!

Well known and one of the best… if not the best! You will find Prestige all over town. Bar 7 uses them and many Realtors use them for Brokers open.
Valet is also the way to go when you have private high end parties at your multil million dollar listings. If the agents are impressed, the clients will be as well.

I arrived early for Unilocal’s First Burstday at Fresh Café, and as we Unilocalers stood outside waiting for the doors to open, we got to witness the, er, incredible driving skills of the valets from Prestige Valet. I could hardly believe they were driving the cars so carelessly right in front of the owners.
I saw a valet back a car against the opposite wall right in front of an enormous, deep pothole, then peel off, tires screeching down the street, driving right through the pothole. He drove someone’s car like this, right in front of all of us as we stood in line. Shouldn’t valets pretend to drive your car nicely, at least until they’re out of your line of sight?
Another valet was having trouble maneuvering a car out of line, jerking the car backward and forward. I don’t think he was used to driving a stick shift.
I was so glad my friends picked me up in their car. If that were my car being violently driven through a pothole, I might have had a heart attack!

Valet service is the first impression a guest receives at an event, and it’s the last touch they’ll be left with when leaving.
Prestige Valet offers great service and pricing. Valet staff was on-​time and friendly. Justin, the owner, was prompt to respond to my questions and requests. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The valet team for my private event showed up on time and was courteous and professional. Emailing back and forth with Justin to set everything up was great. I would recommend them for anyone looking to valet cars on a private property.
