I booked an arrival and departure transfer from Honolulu airport to Waikiki. Before the trip I called to confirm both my arrival and departure information.
Upon arrival to the airport I was called and met by my driver. Don’t expect much from the car this isn’t a luxury service. The Kia Soul was clean and comfortable and the driver was friendly. Excellent service all around.
The day before my return I called to verify my 5 am pickup and was assured there would be no problems. 515 no driver. Called and got voicemail 530 called and left another voicemail. I ended up using über. 710 when I boarded my flight still no follow up from pono express.
Come on guys you are running an airport shuttle service. People get cranky when you don’t show up or even return phone calls.
