this place is a joke.
over a series of days leading up to over a week, our phone conversations went like this;
Me: Hi, its ‘xyz’ calling back about that paint we spoke about. I spoke with «x’ last and he told me he would call me back two days ago.
Them: Oh, hold on. (many minutes pass) Hello.
Me: Hello.
Them: Yes, who is this.
Me: Its me, I spoke with you the other day about the 50 gallons of paint. Is it in.
Them: Oh. I am not sure. We have been really busy (lies). Let me take your number down and call you back (lies again)
Me: Again. Sure, its «xyz» and the number is 1 112 223 344.
Them: Ok. I will call you within the hour…
ugggghhhh
this conversation went on again and again for what ended up being 10 days, with them never ONCE calling me or even taking my number down apparently.. Monopolies have their priveleges!!! SHEESH!
