Same experience as poster from a year ago. I had thought at first that I had found a good resource for my remodel, the salesperson had gotten samples for me and had given me a quote for my project on a previous visit, but when it came time to get an updated estimate to place the order… nothing. I waited over a month, no response to my inquiries, was put on indefinite hold when I called. Set back my project significantly. Not sure how these people stay in business. Too bad, they have a nice showroom and nice products, but thats where it stops. Kind of vindicating to read that someone else had the same experience, I was starting to take the snub personally.

Don’t normally like doing these types of reviews, but so very disappointed in the professionalism of this company. We so wanted to like this place because of the decent same day service while planning out our home reno project. We went in looking for the usual (windows, cabinets, and flooring) and were very pleased upon getting some great ideas and product information from the window and especially the cabinet specialist that day…
However, this is where the decision was made to give this place a 1-​star. It seems as if the window specialist either just forgot about us or somehow did not take us seriously in our order inquiry because no one got back to us after giving our initial window dimensions!
Due to this delay, we were pushed way behind schedule with our reno project, BUT the great thing out of this is… we were able to receive better service & decent pricing for better quality windows just a block over at Pella! Although the wait is a couple of weeks longer for the impervia series windows, it is so worth it!
Like I said earlier… we so wanted to like this place but if you would like better service and not be forgotten about, then steer clear of this west coast based company and look elsewhere locally! We will be looking elsewhere for our cabinets and flooring! Thank you for reading!

I ordered doors through PS in October. They have a great showroom. However, I am still waiting for my door to be delivered. The process is very frustrating because you deal locally with their specialist… and then the pricing and other information is given to you by a person in Washington. That person tells you something totally different from what the specialist said to you at the showroom. I also feel that color matching is very difficult for them to do. This is the reason it has taken so long. After giving them an exact sample of what I wanted and promised to match… PS was unable to do so… after several samples back and forth, i had to settle for something that would do…
