Stopped by here to look at a Speedmaster during our Hawaii vacation week and was greeted by Mingwei. He gave us an absolutely amazing experience. Showed and let us tried pretty much every single watch in the store. It’s was a 5-star experience all the way. Reminds me of the experience we had when we visited Harry Winston in Tokyo. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing experience with Andrea at the boutique. She was informative, knowledgable, and very warm to work with. She spent a good 45 minutes with my wife and I during our visit. I was on vacation trip and did not close the deal but the lasting impression she made on us makes us loyal customers to OMEGA and specifically to sophisticated professionals like Andrea. 5 Star experience!

I spent some time in here and was treated very well, despite it being later at night and probably looking a little ragged! The salespeople were very personable and a pleasure to chat with. I was offered water and shown an incredibly expensive (and gorgeous) watch which they had no issues with me trying on. I was also able to procure their newest catalog (a bound book) in one of their shopping bags to add to my collection. If I was in the market for a new Omega in Hawaii, I would definitely consider purchasing one here. Not a place for a «crazy deal» on a luxury watch, but definitely a beautiful, relaxing place to buy one (at ticket price, I assume, though I didn’t ask if they had room to discount).
How –happy– the two (a young man and woman) working there made the biggest difference here. Hopefully Omega/Swatch Group is taking care of them!

We stopped by to see the selection of watches and were delighted by the information and introduction to the product by Dido. He was well versed in the product line.
