What is the reason for making an appointment time frame when we had to waite 1 hr after the appointment time in order to be called… Omg this is unbelievable we waited and waited and the workers are so rude to us like just ignoring you most of the time

Hrmmm alright, I just gotta accept the (unfair) fact that I did some pretty illegal minor stuff that got me visiting the public defenders but seriously! This place is so busy and the people who are answering the phones come off as rude because calls keep coming in every minute while the ladies are tending to other people. One lady here just answers the phone and when she can’t understand what the other person on the other line is saying, she just hangs up! Which in fact happened to me before so I had to call several times… :O There are so many people here and I’m wondering if the police are giving out tickets and citations like candies. I can’t help but wonder if any of them actually need to be here. blah
