Came here with my wife. She kind of liked her masseuse. I on the other hand did not. It was supposed to be a shiatsu massage but turned out to be something more of a quick hand rub with occasional elbow for pressure. What also didn’t help was the constant toilet flushing which you can hear as if you are very close by. I guess you can’t do anything about the set up but someone next to us kept getting phone calls and worse, answering it. The staff didn’t really tell this person to quiet down so I didn’t know if the person on the phone was staff. Now looking back I realize that might be why they want you to pay before the massage. I can understand that people may forget their money, but to also pay for tip upfront???

If you like a good hard massage DONT go here. Its like a light aromatherapy rub. $ 69 for an hour. I wouldn’t say its worth it. And i know what a good massage is. Disappointed.

Very good massage, professional. The masseuse asked for the areas that I needed work on. I feel very relaxed from the whole experience. Great price, well worth the money spent. Will come back next time I vacation here.

I came here two days into my vacation. I was already reeling from a great day of outdoor adventures, and decided the best bet would be to get a massage. I like when I’m right, and this place definitely gave me the vibes that I’m right. The masseuse knew what she was doing and the hour long massage flew by. I wish it hadn’t ended. And it was totally worth the money I spent for it. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage without having to shell out $ 100+ for it.

Pretty good service, most of them speaks mandarin, japanese and english. I tried out their combination spa, it was worth it! They are having a promotional discount, $ 79 for an hour which includes tip and tax already.

I come to Noa Elmo every time I am in Waikiki. This massage place caters mostly to a Japanese clientele. It is not fancy but the massage therapists are really good. It is a strong shiatsu-type massage where they really find the knots and pressure points and work on them, so it’s not for the squeamish. If you are looking for a soft, relaxing massage this might not be for you. I have always used the same lady and she really concentrates my the problem areas and works out all the kinks in my neck and back. The price includes gratuity and winds up being significantly cheaper than getting a massage back home.
