This structure used to be called the Gentry Pacific Design Center. I’m quite sure I took a Real Estate class there many years ago. I don’t know when or why the name changed, but it’s located almost across from the new Liliha Bakery on Nimitz Highway, between KMart and City Mill on the right side of the road. It’s a white, 2-story, open-air building with good ventilation along the hallways. The covered middle has ceiling fans where there are tables and chairs for customers to meet and dine. Half of the lower level is carpeted for a quieter atmosphere, and the other half is tiled. I like the free parking and several Accessible Parking Spaces with a security guard watching over the parking lot which is right in the front of the building. I’m not sure if there is an elevator for patrons who need to get to the businesses on the upper level. The stairs might be dangerous on a windy or rainy day. Take care!

This was the first time I ever came to this facility. It was to try the restaurant EAT. They are located right after Kmart on Nimitz on the right. It’s an open lot that’s free parking for customers. They have a security guard booth right as you enter before you see a big display, directory, of the building and its tenants. It’s welcoming as you walk in with giant white pillars along the sides of the hallway. It’s not the most aesthetically pleasing but I’m sure it’s necessary for the structure. I’m not sure why they chose white to paint the pillars and pipes as you can see the dirt and dust it accumulated. They house places that sell flooring, rugs, interior design companies and the restaurant EAT. Even though the hallway isn’t enclosed with AC, it’s really cool with all the ceiling fans that help circulate the air. Overall, it’s a clean and a cool place to check out if you happen to need to do business here.
