This is a modest museum in terms of size and what it offers, but it only costs $ 5 a person to get in. We watched two short films, one on the history of the R. W. Meyer Sugar Mill, and one on the history of the leper colony at Kalaupapa. We then strolled around and looked at pictures on the walls of the museum, mostly of nature but also of some history. There is a gift shop, of course, which actually seemed pretty good. From there you walk two minutes to the sugar mill, which is really interesting and is in good shape after being refurbished. All in all, it is a really nice way to spend an hour or two, and probably is one of the highlights of Molokai.
